Delete my data

You have the right to request the total or partial deletion of your personal data registered in the Movira app. We process your request within a maximum of 30 business days.

Data that is deleted

  • Full name and profile photo
  • Phone number and email address
  • Delivery and trip history
  • Registered vehicle data
  • Stored location
  • Ratings and reviews received

Data temporarily retained

Certain data must be kept due to legal obligations or to resolve active disputes. Once the period expires, it is permanently deleted.

Plazos y derechos legales

Conforme al artículo 14 del Decreto 1377 de 2013 (reglamentario de la Ley 1581 de 2012), Movira atenderá su solicitud de eliminación dentro de los 15 días hábiles siguientes a su recepción. En caso de que la solicitud sea procedente, la eliminación se ejecutará dentro de los 5 días hábiles siguientes a la confirmación.

Si no recibe respuesta dentro del plazo legal o considera que sus derechos no han sido atendidos, puede presentar una queja ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC): www.sic.gov.co · Línea gratuita: 01 8000 910 165.
